Is M393AAG40M32-CAE Compatible With My System?

Before ordering, verify that your server supports 288-pin DDR4-3200 ECC 3DS registered RDIMMs, 128GB capacity per slot and a 4Rx4 logical organization. A motherboard that supports conventional DDR4 RDIMMs does not necessarily support high-capacity 3DS RDIMMs.

This module is not an LRDIMM and should not be mixed with LRDIMMs, UDIMMs or SODIMMs. Compatibility can depend on the processor generation, server firmware, maximum memory capacity, supported ranks per channel and installed-module population.

The 4Rx4 designation describes the module’s logical rank and DRAM-width organization. It does not mean four physical modules are included. Each quantity ordered includes one physical 128GB 3DS RDIMM.
