These Terms of Sale and Website Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of AMPINC.STORE and purchases made through the website.
AMPINC.STORE is owned and operated by Accelerated Memory Production, Inc. (“AMP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 1317 E Edinger Ave, Santa Ana, California 92705, United States.
By accessing AMPINC.STORE, creating an account, or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced herein.
1. Website Use
AMPINC.STORE may be used for lawful purposes, including researching, evaluating, and purchasing memory, storage, flash-memory, and related products offered by AMP.
You may not interfere with the operation or security of the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software or code, misuse customer accounts or website functionality, or use the website in violation of applicable law.
2. Customer Accounts
Customers may create an account to access applicable ordering and account-management features. You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are responsible for activity conducted through your account. Please contact AMP promptly if you believe an account has been accessed or used without authorization.
AMP may restrict or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to address fraud, misuse, security concerns, unlawful activity, or violations of these Terms.
3. Product Information, Selection, and Compatibility
AMP makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, manufacturer part numbers, specifications, images, pricing, and availability information.
Product images may be representative. Packaging, labels, product revisions, or other non-functional characteristics may vary where applicable.
Customers are responsible for confirming that a product is appropriate for the intended system or application before ordering. This may include verifying the applicable part number, capacity, form factor, interface, memory generation, speed, ECC configuration, operating temperature, physical dimensions, and other technical requirements.
Product recommendations, replacement suggestions, cross-references, and compatibility assistance provided by AMP are intended to assist customers with product selection. Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, final product selection and system compatibility remain the responsibility of the customer.

4. Orders and Order Acceptance
Submitting an order through AMPINC.STORE constitutes an offer to purchase the products identified in the order. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.
AMP reserves the right to review, decline, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in circumstances involving:
- Product availability issues
- Pricing, specification, or listing errors
- Payment authorization problems
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity
- Incorrect or incomplete customer information
- Shipping, export, or regulatory restrictions
- Other circumstances that prevent the order from being fulfilled as submitted
If AMP cancels an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
5. Pricing and Payment
Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on AMPINC.STORE are in U.S. dollars.
Prices, specifications, product availability, and promotional offers may change without notice prior to order acceptance.
Applicable sales tax, shipping charges, and other applicable charges will be displayed or calculated during checkout where appropriate.
Payment must be made using an accepted payment method available through AMPINC.STORE and may be subject to authorization or verification by the applicable payment provider or financial institution.
AMP reserves the right to correct obvious pricing, typographical, specification, availability, or other product-listing errors. If a material error affects an order that has already been submitted, AMP may contact the customer regarding the corrected information or cancel and refund the affected order.
6. Product Availability and Lead Times
Product availability displayed on AMPINC.STORE represents AMP’s current availability information and may change as inventory is sold, received, allocated, or otherwise updated.
Certain products may require additional sourcing, processing, handling, or fulfillment time before shipment.
Where applicable, a product page may display an estimated lead time such as “Estimated Lead Time: Approximately 4–5 Weeks.”
The stated lead time represents the estimated period between order placement and the product being ready for shipment. Product lead time is separate from carrier transit time.
Lead times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual fulfillment time may vary based on product or supplier availability, order quantity, processing requirements, holidays, transportation conditions, or other circumstances.
If AMP is unable to fulfill an accepted order or a material delay occurs, AMP will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer and provide the appropriate options.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Available shipping methods, shipping charges, destinations, fulfillment times, and carrier transit times may vary depending on the order and delivery destination.
Total estimated delivery time may consist of the applicable product lead or processing time plus carrier transit time.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
If merchandise arrives damaged, please retain the product, shipping carton, packaging materials, and labels and contact AMP promptly.

8. Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact AMP as soon as possible.
AMP will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests when the order has not yet shipped or progressed beyond a point where cancellation is reasonably possible.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and, where eligible, must instead be handled under the applicable Returns & Refunds Policy.
9. Returns and Refunds
Eligible products purchased through AMPINC.STORE may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery, subject to the eligibility requirements, procedures, fees, and exclusions stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Customers must obtain return authorization from AMP before sending merchandise back.
Return eligibility may depend on product condition, original packaging, identification, proper handling, applicable electrostatic discharge (ESD) precautions, and other requirements contained in the Returns & Refunds Policy.
Customer-requested or non-defective returns may be subject to applicable return shipping charges or restocking fees as disclosed in the Returns & Refunds Policy.

10. Warranty and RMA
Standard ecommerce returns are separate from product warranty claims and Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) procedures.
If a product is believed to be defective or requires warranty evaluation, technical review, repair, replacement, or other defect-related assistance, customers should contact AMP before returning the product.
When a physical return is required, AMP may issue an RMA number and provide return instructions. Products should not be returned for warranty evaluation without prior authorization.
Warranty eligibility and available remedies depend on the applicable product, warranty terms, nature of the reported issue, and results of the applicable evaluation.

11. AMP-Branded and Third-Party Products
AMP-Branded Products: AMPINC.STORE may offer memory, storage, flash-memory, and related products sold under the AMP brand by Accelerated Memory Production, Inc. Warranty and RMA claims for AMP-branded products are handled by AMP in accordance with the applicable AMP product warranty terms.
Third-Party Branded Products: AMPINC.STORE may also offer products manufactured by Samsung, Micron, and other third-party manufacturers. Manufacturer names, trademarks, logos, product names, specifications, and other third-party intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
Warranty coverage for third-party branded products may be subject to applicable manufacturer or supplier warranty terms and procedures. Customers who purchase third-party products through AMPINC.STORE should contact AMP first regarding returns, defects, or warranty assistance.
12. Coupons, Promotions, and Special Offers
AMPINC.STORE may offer coupon codes, discounts, promotional pricing, or other special offers from time to time.
Promotions may be subject to additional terms, including eligibility requirements, expiration dates, minimum purchase amounts, product or category exclusions, usage limits, or other restrictions communicated with the applicable offer.
Unless otherwise stated, coupon codes and promotional offers:
- May not be redeemed for cash
- May be limited to one use per customer, account, or order
- May not be combined with other promotions or discounts
- May exclude certain products, brands, categories, or orders
AMP reserves the right to reject, cancel, or correct the application of a coupon or promotional offer when it has been used contrary to its stated terms, obtained or used fraudulently, or applied because of an obvious technical or pricing error.
Any change or discontinuation of a promotion will not affect an order already accepted by AMP under the valid terms of that promotion.
13. Taxes and International Orders
Applicable sales taxes and other charges may be calculated during checkout based on the order and destination.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country, government authority, or carrier.
Responsibility for international duties, taxes, and related charges may depend on the applicable shipping arrangement.
14. Export and Regulatory Compliance
Products sold through AMPINC.STORE may be subject to applicable United States and international export, import, sanctions, trade-control, or other regulatory requirements.
Customers are responsible for using, transferring, exporting, or re-exporting products in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Unless otherwise stated, original website content created by AMP, including AMP trademarks, logos, text, graphics, designs, and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to Accelerated Memory Production, Inc.
Third-party trademarks, product names, images, logos, specifications, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
16. Website Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
AMP makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and current information and reliable operation of AMPINC.STORE. However, the website may occasionally contain errors, outdated information, interruptions, or temporary technical issues.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to alter or eliminate any express product warranty provided by AMP or any right, remedy, warranty, or obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AMP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising solely from the use of or inability to use AMPINC.STORE.
17. Governing Law and Severability
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by applicable law.

AMP may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in AMPINC.STORE, business practices, store policies, or applicable requirements.
